The -nvme sizes run on newer-generation CPUs with NVMe storage for significantly higher disk IOPS — same vCPU, RAM, and disk as their regular counterparts. The -premium sizes are dedicated (not shared) vCPUs, the fastest single-thread performance we offer.

Regions

GPU sizes are available in us-east, uk, eu, and asia — not us-west. GPU VMs are placed on GPU capacity within the region, which may be a nearby datacenter (for example, us-east GPU VMs may run in Toronto).

What gets billed

Wallet

Unused credits are refundable. Invoices. Monthly invoices are downloadable from the Account page in the web dashboard: each completed month with billing activity gets a PDF statement showing payments, usage charges, credits applied, and opening/closing balances. Set a billing address on the same page and it appears in the invoice’s “Bill to” block. Suspension threshold. When your balance (wallet + promotional credits) drops to your account’s suspension threshold, running machines are snapshotted and destroyed. Snapshots are retained — top up and recreate from them. The threshold is not zero: it’s the amount needed to snapshot your running machines and keep your snapshots, images, and disks stored for 7 days (plus one hour of compute and a small margin), so the saved state itself can’t push your balance negative. It scales with your fleet — typically a few dollars. Snapshots auto-created by a previous balance suspension don’t count toward the threshold during their 7-day retention window, so one suspension doesn’t raise the bar for the next. machine0 account shows your current threshold and estimated time to suspension. A warning email is sent about 6 hours before the threshold, and the suspension email states the exact balance and threshold used. Notes on the numbers: usage is debited hourly, so the balance shown between billing runs doesn’t yet include the most recent partial hour, and expiring credits can shorten the estimated runway.
Auto-topup is on by default: once you have a saved card, your wallet is automatically recharged before machines are suspended. Recharges run at most once every 6 hours, unless your balance is critically low. You can turn it off from the Account page in the web dashboard.
